PoM Billing Automation — End-User License Agreement

PoM Billing Automation is an internal software tool used by Power of Movement PT, P.C. to assist with administrative billing functions, including QuickBooks Online invoice creation, invoice updates, payment reconciliation, and related accounting workflows.

The application is intended solely for authorized personnel of Power of Movement PT, P.C. It is not offered for sale or public use.

Users may access the application only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, accounting requirements, privacy obligations, and Power of Movement PT, P.C. policies.

The application may connect to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace. Use of those services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms.

Unauthorized access, copying, modification, distribution, or use of the application is prohibited.

The application is provided for internal business use and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time by Power of Movement PT, P.C.
