PoM Billing Automation — Privacy Policy

PoM Billing Automation is an internal administrative application operated by Power of Movement PT, P.C.

The application may access and process information necessary to support billing and accounting operations, including customer names, contact information, invoice information, dates of service used for billing, payment status, payment references, product or service classifications, and related accounting records.

Information obtained from QuickBooks Online is used only for authorized business purposes such as invoice creation, invoice updates, payment reconciliation, account review, and maintaining accurate billing records.

PoM Billing Automation does not sell personal information or use QuickBooks data for advertising, marketing profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.

Access is limited to authorized personnel of Power of Movement PT, P.C. Information is maintained within authorized business systems, including Google Workspace and QuickBooks Online, and is subject to the security and access controls of those systems.

QuickBooks credentials and access tokens are not intentionally disclosed to third parties and are used only to maintain the authorized QuickBooks connection.

Data is retained only as necessary for legitimate business, accounting, legal, and recordkeeping purposes.
