Jenzpher Finkenberg

Jenzpher Finkenberg has been a pediatric Physical therapist for the last 20 years.  She has extensive experience working with medically fragile children and supports their development in ways that are fun, encouraging, and honor their individuality. 

She graduated from Hunter College with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1998. Jen is committed to work in collaboration with parents, caregivers,  educators, and medical practitioners to maximize a child’s recovery and full potential. 

She has conducted parent and staff education groups though Early Intervention, pre-school, head start programs, and has volunteered to lead parent-child groups in underserved communities throughout Westchester County.

Jen has continued her education taking numerous courses in Aquatic therapy, Neuro-Developmental Treatment,  pediatric massage, and neuroplasticity.   She is a member of the NDTA and plans to obtain her Pediatric NDT certification in the near future.

She believes that children learn best when they are engaged in joyful and creative play, and seeks to earn their trust to promote a supportive environment to optimize carry over and functional gains.
