Comprehensive Evaluation

PROVIDING THE TOOLS YOU NEED

Your child will receive a comprehensive, individualized evaluation with a licensed pediatric physical or occupational therapist.

Depending upon your child’s age, needs, and reason for referral, the evaluation may include clinical observation, standardized assessment, and examination of relevant areas such as developmental skills, mobility, posture, strength, range of motion, balance, coordination, gait, fine-motor abilities, visual-motor skills, self-care skills, or sensory-motor function.

Evaluations are 45 to 60 minutes. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to share their concerns, priorities, and observations throughout the visit.
