Our dedicated team works tirelessly alongside our patients’ families to help maximize coverage for pediatric physical and occupational therapy services. From obtaining authorizations to navigating reimbursement requirements, our staff manages the often-complex insurance process with expertise and persistence. Our goal is to reduce both the financial burden and the significant time families may otherwise spend managing insurance claims on their own. Rather than requiring families to pay the full cost of services upfront and then pursue reimbursement independently, our office assumes much of that responsibility. This helps limit upfront expenses and allows parents to focus their time and energy where it matters most—their child’s care and progress.
