The AMAZING Administrative Team at Power of Movement PT! (Left to Right: Kailyn, Carleen, Sean, Farrah, Faye)This powerhouse team works tirelessly alongside families to get PT services covered with insurance. They are dynamos in dealing with the intricacies of insurance, from getting authorizations approved to securing insurance reimbursement, and it is this niche service that distinguishes Power of Movement PT from all other pediatric PT facilities within the area. Unlike other pediatric PT practices that simply provide a claim form to their patients with the purpose of transferring the responsibility of claim management and securing insurance reimbursement on to the family, our office takes on that responsibility, substantially relieving families from this burden as well as significantly limiting upfront costs required by other facilities. We have the ability to successfully and correctly obtain insurance coverage that allows each of our families to utilize their in-network benefits, thus greatly reducing out-of-pocket costs. Additionally, our team tackles the many problems associated with insurance, which greatly reduces a parent’s need to single-handedly deal with insurance-related issues.
